They truly are your secret weapon for getting and staying your healthiest.

In this easy-to-read and easy-to-use guide, pH Lab’s team of recognized medical doctors and specialists tell you about the role minerals play with common health issues along with detailed information about individual minerals. My Review

For the last few years I have been looking for answers to my family and my own health issues and seeking answers for them.  Studying Health has become an obsession for me as I seek to improve the our health.  I really enjoyed this book and learned so much about minerals and how they work in the body to bring about health and wellness. Joy is a very knowledgeable  person and will show you how the symptoms your experiencing are related to a mineral deficiency you may have.
